BENEFITS OF THE CFEd DESIGNATION PROGRAM

·         USE OF THE CFEd DESIGNATION              This newly recognized designation is unique in the recognition of professionals in both Financial Services and in teaching adult learners.

·         OPPORTUNITY TO MARKET AS A CFEd             The CFEd creates a valuable market “niche” which will distinguish you from others in your field.  Many professionals want to be regarded as knowledgeable and credible.  The CFEd designation provides a completely new way to offer your services.

·         RECOGNITION BY HUMAN RESOURCE PROFESSIONALS               One of the greatest dilemmas faced by human resource professionals today is that of providing effective, non-solicitous financial education to their co-workers and employees.  The CFEd is The credential they are looking for.

·         MARKETING GUIDE                Each CFEd receives a “strategic marketing guide” which provides marketing letters, phone scripts and presentation materials for calling on Human Resources Professionals.

·         POINT OF CONTACT GUIDES               Each CFEd will have access to HIFE developed point-of-contact Educational Guides for your use.  Our guides use the studies, verbiage, graphs and tables proven to get the HR training-person’s attention and to guide a smooth presentation of your educational benefit to the organization.  These guides address all the salient issues from employer cost/benefit to employee absenteeism, healthcare costs and workplace moral.

·         RECOGNITION BY THE PUBLIC               Adults in every part of the country are in need of financial education.  They simply don’t know where to find it.  The CFEd now offers them an opportunity to learn from a professional who has experience, knowledge and the ability to practically apply that knowledge in teaching others.

·         RECOGNITION BY COLLEGES & UNIVERSITIES                Accredited educational institutions are very interested in improving and promoting financial literacy.  The Heartland Institute of Financial Education (HIFE) has worked to make these institutions aware and excited about the CFEd designation program.

·         RECOGNITION BY THE NASD               The CFEd is recognized by the NASD and is listed on the NASD web-site.

·         PERSONAL LISTING ON THE HIFE WEB-SITE              Once a CFEd applicant has successfully been accepted as a new CFEd, membership in the Heartland Institute of Financial Education is automatic and a personal listing on the HIFE web-site is granted.

·         HR NEWSLETTER                Access  to HIFE’s newsletter and web-site written specifically for human resource professionals.  Registry CFEd’s are listed on the HIFE web-site for HR professional’s easy access.  The HIFE newsletter can be e-mailed to HR professionals as a point of contact.
